  • How are payments made on Ecobank Omni?

    There is a possibility to initiate a full range of payment instructions such as account-to-account transfers, interbank transfers, cross-border or international transfers and bank checks in local currency and currency. Omni also allows the processing of orders by loading or importing a single file regrouping several payments and currencies through the debit of accounts opened in different countries. The notification of payment to the beneficiary with references is also available with Ecobank Omni.

  • How is cash management with Ecobank Omni?

    Cash management is carried out by:

    Ecobank Omni is compatible with industry standards and allows all-in-one integration with enterprise management software packages such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards and others.
    It is possible to process standard file formats such as EDIFACT, SWIFT, IDOC, etc. with the flexibility to take into account other specific formats. Integration fully covers the need for instruction initiation and reporting. As part of the implementation, our experts will analyze your prerequisites and develop an interface adapted to your needs.

  • How secure is Ecobank Omni?

    Ecobank Omni uses several levels of firewalls to prevent unauthorized access to our servers. With 128-bit SSL encryption - Secure communication protocol with encryption of client data during Internet transmission, Omni security is based on role assignment that allows each user to access specific accounts or perform specific tasks according to their function in society.

    The secure deployment of the Trust Gate device developed by IdenTrust ensures dual authentication, encryption and electronic signature that protect against all forms of malicious software. IdenTrust is the world leader in identity encryption solutions, recognized by major financial institutions, government agencies and corporations.

    Ecobank Omni uses two-factor authentication with a single sign-in profile and a secure access key. The user enters the password associated with the key that is validated in real time. The audit trail traces all the user's activities in the system.
