    Innovative technology

    Technology underpins the Ecobank Group’s strategy. The group’s One Bank concept is designed to ensure that it operates to the same consistent standards in terms of processes and service delivery anchored on its technology platform. To this end, a Technology and Shared Services Centre was built in Accra to centralise and standardise middle and back office operations across the group. The group also upgraded its core banking system to meet higher operating standards. This system undergoes regular revisions to allow for new innovations such as mobile banking.
